Scheduled play times
Regular playing times are as shown at the right. In practice, there is usually nothing scheduled following our times and we play until we’re tired or hungry (or both).Our Mission Statement:
• Promote inter-generational play, open to all skill levels • Promote Inclusive play combined with dedicated skill level time slots • Develop and organize pickleball clinics with a structural approach for improvement for all skill levels • Create with Severn Township a Pickleball Destination with the ability to host tournaments at Regional, Provincial, National and International levels • Work with Severn township for to secure play schedules, insurance coverage and upkeep of the pickleball courts at the Washago community centre.Our Vision:
To facilitate the growth of pickleball for the enjoyment, health and social engagement of all players by offering organized recreational and competitive play.Our Plans:
The short term plan for your new executive committee is to meet with Pat Harwood - Manager of Recreation & Facilities for Severn Township - to discuss our future plans, opportunities and responsibilities.
