Rules and Restrictions for Orange Zone Regions Under Ontario’s New
Colour-Coded COVID-19 Framework:

framework/
As Simcoe-Muskoka enters the Orange (Restrict) Level of Public
Health Measures and Ontario continues to record record levels of
covid, I want to take a moment to remind all players the ultimate
decision to play remains with you.
Wash your hands and wear your mask.
Refrain from tapping paddles at the end of a game and sanitize both it
and your hands on a regular basis.
Remain at least 2 to 3 meters away from each other off the court.
Use the Clarinators to pick up stray balls to avoid unnecessary hand
contact with the balls.
And remember, when you need to get balls out of the buckets to
remain 6 feet away from anyone else doing the same.
You are not wearing a mask. You may be talking. You may be
asymptomatic.
We are entering the tenth week of our twelve week Fall Schedule. Play
safe. Stay safe. For all our sakes. - Robin Eddington
Please read the following instructions carefully prior to attending
league sessions at ODAS Park. We need your help in enforcing COVID-
19 precautions for the safety of all players.
1. Print out a liability waiver, shown below, complete, and bring to your
first league session.
2. Sign the weekly tracking sheet on the counter. REMEMBER TO
SOCIAL DISTANCE!
2. Place your belongings on an individually taped space on the
benches. You should be the only person using that space unless you
are sharing with a member of your family bubble. Do not crowd the
spaces of other players.
3. Remember that social distancing is in effect at all times when you
are off the court. This includes when you are talking to others or
getting balls from the buckets. You must wear a mask and allow
space of approximately 2 metres, (6 feet) between you and another
person. Social distance!
Effective Monday am, November 23, 2020:
With new COVID cases in Ontario around 1,500 per day and the
second wave obviously well underway, extra care is indicated.
Consequently, masks will be required at ODAS Park when not actually
playing. Immediately following your game you must re-mask. We will
wear them while waiting for our next game and will only take them off
when on the courts.
Players will supply their own masks and will have them on as they
enter or leave the building. This is an unfortunate development, but
no one wants to get, or pass on, this horrible virus.
Thanks for helping keep everyone safe! If you fail to adhere to these
requirements, you will be removed from league play.
4. Please be cognizant of the fact that we are still in the midst of a
pandemic. If you are feeling ill, do NOT attend.
Masks must be worn off-court.
COVID forms MUST be signed
